Can I use my original prepaid account balance with a new MyEG account?
Yes. Even after creating a new MyEG account, you can still access and use your original prepaid account balance.
I performed roadtax renewal transaction as a Guest but, I can't choose Prepaid Account as payment method. Why?
Prepaid account payment is available only to MyEG registered users.
