I performed roadtax renewal transaction as a Guest but, I can't choose Prepaid Account as payment method. Why?

• If I perform a transaction a Guest, am I able to select Prepaid Account as the payment method?

  No. Prepaid account payment option is only available if you have a registered an account with MyEG.

• What is MyEG Prepaid Account?

  Prepaid Account is a registered account with MyEG generally used for bulk purchase by institution or company.

• Can I use my original prepaid account balance with a new MyEG account?

  Yes. Even after creating a new MyEG account, you can still access and use your original prepaid account balance.
