You can top up your prepaid account using a cash deposit, online transfer using internet banking, or cheque payment.

For top-up via cheque, the payee name depends on the services selected.

Please check the payee name on the initial account opening email sent to the registered email address.

For top-up via cash deposit, online transfer, or cheque payment, please email the deposit slip or internet banking confirmation slip to help@myeg.com.my
