Can I opt out of delivery or a physical copy when renewing via MyEG?

Yes, you can do so under the Road Tax renewal page.

• If I opt for the e-LKM (digital version only), can I later request MyEG to print a physical copy?

  Once you have opted for e-LKM (digital version only), MyEG is unable to print the physical copy for your road tax. If you would like to print the road tax, you may visit any of the nearest Road Transport Department (JPJ) to print at a fee of RM50.

• Can I receive a physical copy of MYDATA-SSM reports purchased through MYEG?

  No, MYDATA-SSM documents are not available as physical copies and cannot be delivered via courier. All reports are provided digitally to ensure compliance with PDPA regulations. Please treat all information obtained as private and confidential.

• Can I choose to print the sticker or card at a later date after opting for the no delivery/physical copy?

  Unfortunately, no. You will have to opt for physical sticker or card at the point of renewal.

• If I opt for the eLMM (digital licence), can I request a physical copy later?

  Physical CDL cards are no longer issued to MyKad and MyPR holders, as licences are now available in digital format. Physical licences are only issued to those who are travelling abroad, and applications must be made at JPJ counters.

• What charges are included in the process of renewing CDL via MYEG?

  When you renew your Competent Driving Licence (CDL) through MyEG, the following charges may apply: 1. CDL Renewal Fee 2. CDL Adjustment Amount (if applicable) 3. e-Service Charge 4. e-Service Charge: Sales and Service Tax @ 8%
