  Once you have opted for e-LKM (digital version only), MyEG is unable to print the physical copy for your road tax. If you would like to print the road tax, you may visit any of the nearest Road Transport Department (JPJ) to print at a fee of RM50.

• If I opt for the eLMM (digital-only), can I later request MYEG to print the physical copy?

  Once you have opted for eLMM(digital-only), MYEG is unable to print the physical copy for your CDL. If you would like to print the CDL, you may visit any nearest Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) counter to reprint at a fee or RM20.

• What if I want to have a physical road tax sticker or CDL card?

  a) We can print and deliver it to you (current charges apply) b) You can self collect it for free at MYEG's Customer Service Centre in MYEG Tower, Empire City.

• Is this physical road tax sticker or CDL card compulsory?

  No, it is not compulsory.

• Can I opt for no delivery/physical copy when I renew via MYEG?

  Yes! Just select the "MyJPJ App" option under our collection method drop-down menu.
