No, road charge is not a toll fee. It is governed by the Road Transport Act 1987.
Is Road Charge waived on certain days?
No, road charge applies each time you enter Malaysia by land throughout the year. However, motorcycles, commercial and Government / Diplomat vehicles are exempted.
How much is the Road Charge?
The road charge is Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) 20.00 for every entry into Malaysia.
