Why is biometric verification required?
Road tax is a controlled document issued by the Road Transport Department of Malaysia. As such, MyEG Logistics Officers will verify and record the details of the recipient receiving the road tax by performing a biometric verification of their MYKAD.
Who can receive the road tax?
Vehicle owners or vehicle owner's representative with readable MyKad or MyKad. Please note a biometric verification of the recipient is required.
