How do I know that the account is successfully verified?
The authorised company or employer personnel will receive an email confirming the successful verification and granting access to the foreign worker (PLKS) permit renewal using the registered account.
What if there is any mismatch in information related to the authorised company or employer personnel details during registration?
Please email an official letter, with the company letterhead, regarding Details Amendment and a copy of the user's Identification Card (IC), signed by the company director, to dataprocessing@myeg.com.my.
How do I change the email address or contact number for an account that has been verified?
Please email an official letter with the company letterhead, indicating the Change of Information and user Identification Card (IC), signed by the company director, to dataprocessing@myeg.com.my.
Is it possible to access the foreign worker renewal history from a different account?

How does MYEG notify the authorised company or employer personnel that the account is verified?
An email will be sent to the appointed authorised company or employer personnel indicating that the account is verified and ready to access foreign worker permit renewal.
How long does it take to verify an authorised company or employer personnel's account?
The verification process takes at least three (3) business days, provided that all submission criteria are fulfilled.
If the authorised company or employer personnel have resigned, how do we remove their access to renew on the company or employer’s behalf?
The employer, director, or company Human Resource personnel shall prepare an official letter with the company letterhead of 'Letter of Cancellation Authorised Person' and email it to dataprocessing@myeg.com.my.
Is it possible to be an authorised company or employer for more than one company or employer?
Yes, it is possible, as the company director or employer needs to provide confirmation or verification for every authorised company or employer personnel.
How many authorised company or employer personnel can be appointed for a single company or employer?
There is no limit to appointing authorised company or employer personnel.
What criteria must the authorised company or employer personnel fulfil?
The authorised company or employer personnel must be Malaysian citizens with valid MyKad and email addresses.
Does the account need to be verified each time the authorised company or employer personnel wants to perform foreign worker (PLKS) permit renewal?
No. The account needs to be verified only ONCE before the first foreign worker permit renewal application.
Why is account verification required for foreign worker permit (PLKS) renewal?
Account verification is required to ensure that renewals are performed by authorised company or employer personnel only.
What documents do I need to submit if there is a change of company name?

If the employer or company has used an eService account before, is it possible to use the same account or does a new account need to be created for foreign worker (PLKS) renewal?
Yes, it is possible to use the same account. However, the account needs to be verified to ensure the person is authorised by the employer or company to perform foreign worker (PLKS) permit renewal.
Is it possible for a third party (without account verification) to perform permit renewal on behalf of the company or employer?
No, it is not possible except for FOREIGN DOMESTIC HELPER(MAID) permit renewal.
