All you need to do is contact our Helpdesk at 03-78018888, Live Chat or email help@myeg.com.my and explain your concern. The staff may require you to provide documentary proof. Upon receipt the document, the staff will escalate to SSM. Once updated by SSM, we will resupply the document.
