What if someone is unable to pay kaffarah by fasting for two consecutive months?

If a person is unable to pay kaffarah by fasting for two consecutive months, Islamic law provides an alternative that is more suited to the individual's capability. In cases such as sexual intercourse during the day in Ramadan or zihar, if someone is unable to fast due to health reasons, old age, or physical weakness, they may fulfill the kaffarah by feeding 60 poor people.

Surah Al-Mujadalah, verse 4: "If he is unable (to fast for two consecutive months), then he must feed sixty poor people."
