What documents need to be uploaded during renewal?

The following are the required documents:

1. Copy of the foreign worker/foreign domestic helper's(maid) current passport

2. Copy of the foreign worker/foreign domestic helper's(maid) current permit

3. Copy of the foreign worker/foreign domestic helper's(maid) Special Pass (if any)

4. Copy of Insurance Guarantee (IG)/Foreign Worker Hospitalisation Scheme (SPIKPA) if insurance is purchased outside the MYEG website.
