What do I need to create a 1MID account?

If you are creating a 1MID account for yourself, you will need:

i. A valid email address - for account activation; and

ii. Your MyKad / MyPolis / MyTentera.

If you are creating a 1MID account for a company, you will need:

i. Company's registration form - SSM Form D, 9, 13, 24, 44, 49 & MNA;

ii. Board Of Resolution;

iii. Company's Authorization Letter - to confirm that the company has appointed you as a representative for 1MID account creation;

iv. Your MyKad / MyPolis / MyTentera;

v. The company owner/board of director's copy of MyKad / MyPolis / MyTentera; and

vi. A valid email address - for account activation.
