1. Foreign worker (PLKS) permit renewal can be done as early as 3 months until 7 days prior to the permit expiry date.
2. Foreign workers' passports are valid for more than 12 months from the current permit expiry date.
3. Foreign workers' status is active.
4. The employer is not blacklisted.
5. Foreign workers are not blacklisted.
6. Foreign workers shall have valid insurance. For the type of insurance to be purchased, please refer to FAQs under the Foreign Worker Insurance topic.
7. Foreign workers have passed the Foreign Worker Medical Examination (FOMEMA).
8. Foreign workers have registered with SOCSO, and their records are updated with the current/valid passport number.
