The NRIC number on my eService account profile is incorrect, how?
You may only edit your NRIC number once after creating an account.
Shall you still require a correction after the change, please use your email address registered with MYEG to send the following details to help@myeg.com.my:
1. Registered user ID
2. Incorrect NRIC number
3. Correct NRIC number
4. A scanned copy of supporting identification such as a driving licence (to confirm your identity)
We do not accept requests from third-party email addresses.
The review time frame is 24 to 48 hours upon submission of complete details.
