What are the terms and conditions for the prepaid account?
1) If the credit limit has been exhausted, your account will be blocked.
2) Any prepaid account with no activities for the past 12 months will be immediately closed on the 13th month. We will forfeit the available balance in the prepaid account upon closing the prepaid account.
3) You will be solely liable for all transactions completed using your prepaid account.
4) Users are advised to follow the following procedures to avoid unauthorized use of the account:-
i. Do not tell your username and password to anyone.
ii. CHANGE your password every 60 days.
iii. Check the transactions online through the link provided on the payment page.
iv. Inform MYEG immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
