How to check and pay JPJ summons?

To check and pay your JPJ summons on https://www.myeg.com.my/ you can follow below steps: 

1. Log in to your registered account on  https://www.myeg.com.my/auth/login or create an account on https://www.myeg.com.my/auth/register/eServices for new MYEG user.

 2. On the Dashboard please click Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan. Sample as per below: 

3. Select CHECK&PAY RTD SUMMONS:

4. Fill up the form accordingly.

- Key in correct ID Number and select category:

5. Once proceed, it will show the details and grand total for a summons information. Then click Proceed again. 

 On payment page you can choose the preferred payment method. 

-          Malaysian online banking (all banks listed on FPX)

-          Local / international credit/debit card with AMEX, VISA, Mastercard

6. Once transaction is successful you will be brought to the page to print the receipt.
