How do I renew my motorcycle road tax on the MYEG website?

1. Log in to your MYEG account on https://www.myeg.com.my/auth/login

If you do not have an account, you can create one at https://www.myeg.com.my/auth/register/eServices
 
2. On the Dashboard， please click Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan. Sample as per below:

                       

3. Then, click Road tax Renewal as highlighted below:

 

4. Fill up the form accordingly

    

5. The owner and motorcycle details shall match the current insurance cover note or car registration card information. For the delivery address, please key in the preferred address.  

6. Check the details and summary on the screen. The click Proceed. 

7. On the payment page, choose your preferred payment method.
- Malaysian online banking (all banks listed on FPX)
- Credit/debit card with AMEX, VISA, Mastercard
8. Once the transaction is successful, you can print the receipt for your record.

-  You can also retrieve the receipt by logging in to your account and clicking on transaction history under the renewal page.
- Please note receipt will only be available under the same ID used for the transaction.
- The receipt is available up until two (2) years from the transaction date.
