How do I know if my transaction is successful?
We will issue an e-Services receipt for every successful transaction. Please keep this receipt for future reference.
If you are unable to retrieve the receipt, please contact our customer service support for assistance at 03-78018888 or email the following to help@myeg.com.my :
1. Service selected
2. Vehicle Plate Number or Passport Number or NRIC number
2. Amount paid
3. Date Transaction
4. Proof of payment (i,e receipt from the bank)
