How can I view my transaction history?

To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MyEG or MyDigital ID account on the MyEG website.

2. Click your user avatar (photo and name) to reveal the dropdown, then select ‘Transaction History’.

3. On the Transaction History page, click ‘Bankruptcy & Insolvency’.

4. Any transaction records will be displayed here (if available).
