Yes, you may cancel the insurance policy after the purchase. To initiate the cancellation, please provide the following documents:

1) A copy of the insurance policy

2) A copy of the foreign worker’s passport/permit

3) Proof of repatriation (if the worker has left Malaysia)

4) Work permit cancellation notice from the Immigration Department

5) Proof of payment

6) Any additional documents required by the insurance company shall be communicated accordingly
